Friction Blocking Appliance BZ 1

The appliance serves for optimal pre-stress generating in the fuse chains of drag conveyors. It can work in the ambient with gas explosion hazard. The pre-stress in the fuse chains iscalled by electro-motors of the conveyor drive. The counterpart is the clutch friction disc.

The main parameters:

• manual adjustment of the requested pre-stress according to the conveyor length and usedchain;
• friction disc revolutions: 1.460 r.p.m.;
• max. pre-stress 180kN;
• installation on the supporting cover of the conveyor;
• range: 0 - 2,5 MPa
