Conveyor for chippings transport
The apron conveyor is the most universal type of conveyor. It can be used for transport of most kinds of chippings, cuts or small components. In the course of the chippings transport, it is possible to separate the cooling liquid, to catch it or to withdraw it back to the cooling system of the machine.
The conveyor is applied especially as a staging conveyor directly installed in a metal cutting machine or in transport systems in connection with other conveyor types where it stages chippings either in a gathering container or in a device for chippings modification.
The conveyor frame is welded from bent-metal profiles to be water-proof. The conveyor belt is driven by a worm gearbox with an electro-motor which allows a reverse run of the conveyor as well. The conveyor may be equipped with a tank for cleaning and repumping of the cooling liquid in accordance with the machine-tool type.

The belt width ranges between 150mm and 600mm (50-mm units) with the link pitch being 38.1mm and 63mm. The belt is non-punched and moves at a constant speed of 2.5 m/min. Every conveyor is equipped with an overload protection, self-cleaning rods and many other additional gadgets according to the requirements.
